OREGON® placed more than 380 test bars with professional loggers worldwide to develop the New Pro-Lite® bar. In Europe alone testing was conducted in Sweden, Estonia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Belgium and France. New Pro-Lite® bar designs to the coldest winter conditions to ensure these bars can perform in extreme climates. More than 10,000 tanks of fuel were consumed in testing the new Pro-Lite® bars. Optimized number of bearings to decrease wears on internal nose components. Strengthened outer sprocket shape to prevent nose breakage in the harshest conditions. Improved rivet pattern decrease nose spreading. Enhanced tooth design for better chain and sprocket alignment.
