This kit gives you both the punch to take links out of chains and the riveting tool that then allows you to re join them. So to be clear there are x2 seperate tools – a punch and a riveter. The joining links and tie straps do not come with this kit [usually when you buy a reel of chain you get those in the box that are the correct size for that chain]

Does what it says.

The kit is of reasonably quality. with some practice easily breaks and joints saw chains. The only thing i found an issue is none of the tooling bits are marked telling you what size of chain to use them with, there were no markings on them at all.
