New Panther 3/8 Lo Pro chisel chain.

Platinum – stands for upgraded corrosion resistant nickel plating on components as well as a slightly thicker chrome layer on the top plate to increase durability.

Forget any jargon and fancy complicated names – this is Chisel Chain with better stay sharp. That’s all you need to know. Non safety unguarded version.

 

  • PP stands for Panther Platinum – Platinum chains have a nickel coating as well as thicker chrome on the top plate. This helps give less friction as well as better corrosion prevention.
  • 3/8LP = self explanatory – it is 3/8 Lo Pro chain
  • 050 = gauge of chain is .050[1.3mm]
  • L = Chisel Chain [because the letter L looks like the profile of a chisel chain]
