Most questions around Granberg chain are about the price – is it worth the additional $$? Ans: Some say yes and some say no. If you really want to find out buy a loop and compare the performance with other chains.

Granberg ripping chain has been modified further – this configuration features x2 scoring cutters followed by x2 clearing cutters. The easiest way to sharpen this is by making all the cutters 10 degrees however if you wish you can sharpen the scoring cutters to 20 degrees and the clearing cutters to 5 degrees.

Excellent chain, super service.

I don't do a lot of chainsaw milling so when I was asked to mill some planks from a couple of large pine logs I realised a good chain was necessary. The Granberg ripping chains proved to be an excellent choice cutting through the timber easily and leaving a very acceptable surface finish.
