P-ISA Panther Additional Internal Skid Assembly

Add an internal skid and make milling smaller logs more stable and more accurate. Remember to bend the tab on the skid back into the skid so there is no way it can catch on the chain. Product changed to x2 skids upper and lower and x2 large washers.
