Why do some chains have 3 Day Wait?

For all chains we have stocks of reels but not necessarily in the size chain that you want. 3 days gives us enough time to make your chains for you and send them to our new fulfilment warehouse.

Why don’t you send the chains separately?

We’ve been doing that but it adds cost, admin and causes confusion to customers. Easier if the order is sent out as one order.

Will it always be like this now?

NO – as we populate the new chain ‘library’ which is likely to be the biggest that exists anywhere in the world, less and less chains will be on a 3 day wait.

What if I need them sooner?

You can always call or message us on 07752 145 001 and we’ll try and do our best to get them to you faster.

So if I order on Friday they will arrive on Tuesday?

NO it’s 3 working days. If you order Monday they would arrive Thursday (Mainland UK). If you ordered Friday would be likely to arrive Thursday the following week. So it’s 3 working weekdays.

Why have you gone to a fulfilment warehouse anyway?

This way everything is much more stock accurate to avoid discruptions in supplying our customers.
